Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Asklist, a service operated by Warren Enterprises, by the person who creates an account (the “owner”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Asklist does

Asklist lets an owner build a checklist of documents, send the person they need them from one link to upload them against, and automatically follow up by email until the checklist is complete. It is a document-collection and chasing tool — not a portal, not a file-storage service, and not a general project- or practice-management platform.

2. Acceptable use

You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect documents from the people you send requests to, and for how you use the files you download. Asklist hosts your requests; it is not a party to your relationship with the people you send them to. Don't use the service to break the law, to interfere with anyone else's use of it, or to attempt to gain access to systems or data you have no right to.

3. Plans and billing

A free account is limited to 3 active requests and 100 MB of storage — enough to try the service on a real request. The Pro plan is £15 per month, billed through Stripe, and includes unlimited requests and 5 GB of storage. Storage limits apply to the total size of files across all your requests. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.

4. Cancellation

Cancelling stops billing at the end of the period you've paid for, and your account returns to the free plan's limits. Nothing is removed by cancelling: your existing requests stay readable and downloadable until their scheduled deletion date, which cancelling doesn't change.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

You may ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@warrenworks.dev; we'll delete your requests and their files. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Warren Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before they take effect.

9. Governing entity

Asklist is operated by Warren Enterprises.
